Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and complete engagements including reviewing engagement workpapers and communicating with principals on important developments.
- Cultivate positive working relationships with existing clients by gaining insight into their businesses and addressing their challenges
- Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients
- Play a key role in training and fostering the development of our staff
- Assist with firm administrative functions as assigned by the principals
- Collaborate with the audit team and principals on various projects
- Other tasks as assigned

Compensation will be determined based on various factors, including experience, education, and professional credentials.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with an active CPA license
- 8 years of audit experience in public accounting (municipality, nonprofit, or employee benefit plan experience a plus but not required)
- Effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability and availability for limited travel
Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office products
Job Type: Full-time
